Hasn't been updated for the new rules. The regionals next time will use Black 2 and White 2.

Well the regionals in MA is closer but my mom hates going up north so most likely attending this regionals in Seniors division.

Apparently there's a country music concert the same time that has booked every single room with in a 30 minute vicinity. It's tough to find hotel rooms.

Jason Aldean is playing at Sanford Stadium (UGA's football stadium). I believe the show sold out with 93,000 seats. I have to admit I'm clueless about Jason Aldean. I suspect, though, that there's your challenge if you're having trouble finding hotels on Saturday, April 13.

Yes, I saw the earlier post.  It confused me at first because it seemed odd that any event in mid-April would stretch the area's hotel capacity.  Generally, the greatest challenge for finding hotels in Athens falls on football weekends and around graduation.  It's unfortunate that the Aldean concert is the same weekend as Pokemon (except for fans of both Jason Aldean and Pokemon?).  As far as I can recall, this is the first full-blown concert in Sanford Stadium.

Ah. It just seemed like if you'd noticed it, you would have referenced it to frame that as a reply... at any rate, it is now very challenging to find a hotel.
