Nugget Bridge Major 3 Top Cut Is Set

After 8 grueling weeks of Swiss rounds, the Nugget Bridge Major Top Cut is here. A big congratulations to every player who made it this far, 62 of the best players will now duke it out in a single elimination format. As detailed before the prizes for winning this Major will be substantial, so everyone will need to bring their best to capture the glory of being Nugget Bridge Major Champion.

Here’s how the main event prizes breaks down:

Champion: $200 + Nugget Bridge Shirt
Runner-up: $100 + Nugget Bridge Shirt
3rd/4th Place: $50

You can find the Top Cut bracket here. There you can not only see the matchups for the entire tournament, but make predictions on how you think the Major will shake out. The best Nugget Bridge Major Madness prediction will win an eShop code for the new 3DS game Pokémon Battle Trozei provided by Nintendo of Canada!

The staff here at Nugget Bridge wants to extend a major thanks to everyone who participated and completed their matches. Good luck in the future and hopefully this was good practice for those of you who plan on playing in Regionals and Nationals in the Spring.

    Pretty sure BadIntent will win the entire major even though he ain’t in it. But seriously my money is on Lajo winning the whole thing. He proved during the swiss rounds that he can beat some of the top players of the world. :)

  26. I doubt my predictions are worth grimer, so I won’t even bother listing who I predict finals to be.  However, I did end up having the #imoutos pairing partway through.
