About Luke S.

Luke S. started playing in VGC tournaments in 2009, but had his breakout success in 2011 at the World Championships. He qualified via the Last Chance Qualifier and finished 19th in the main event. He then went on to secure a 1st place finish at the Fort Wayne Regional Championships 3 months later. Outside of Pokemon, Luke attends school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison majoring in Philosophy. He enjoys playing other competitive video games such as League of Legends as well as single player games, and also plays physical games such as Magic: the Gathering and Chess. Regardless of the activity, Luke is highly competitive and always strives to be the best.
