Oh wow, I was not aware of this. This seems like it would be really cool to watch, I hope someone knows streaming information. Maybe Sejun won’t choke this time against Gebebo .
Maybe list the timezone?
I am pretty sure it is Japanese timezone, so that would make the matches start at 1:30 am east coast time and end at noon
Did you find out where it will be streamed?
External
It’s probably being streamed there but I’m not that certain. There might be different streams for each match.
There will be different streams.
to watch the streaming of a certain player you just need to type his twitter username in the serching bar.
Evan, Mike, and I figured we’d do some high elo commentator predictions
[Spearhead war] 15:00 ~ Cheol Hwan Yeom (@ cjfghks0987) VS Viera (@ SHADEviera)
Noted Cheol Hwan fanboy Evan Latt had the following to say “As long as he’s not ganked by mom, he should have this won. If Cheol Hwan can get me to top 8 a regional, I think he’s got this one”
[Feng next round] 16:00 ~ Keewan Bae (@bizzy_thug) VS Syaron (@ syaronalex)
While Evan and I are rooting for Keewan because he has a cooler alias, Japanese correspondent M. Papagianis had the following to say: “Syaron is big in Japan! That must not come from [nothing.]”
[Seven future war] 17:00 ~ Ji Hoon Park (@ FrogSoy) VS Yuichi (@ Yuuichi_u1)
THE SEVEN FUTURE WAR
We don’t really know a whole lot about either player, but Ji Hoon is friends with us on Facebook, so we’re rooting for him. Also, Ji Hoon got top 4 in the Korea Legends tournament, which has legend in its name, so he must be good.
[If you wait over six generals against] 18:00 ~ Jin Woo Lee VS Yamacya (@ yamacya_hiromi)
Apparently a war of attrition after —six— generals (thanks google translate)
Jin Woo did NOT make it to top 4 of the Korea Legends tournament so we suspect he will struggle in a battle of attrition involving many generals
[Break] 19:00
At this point I will accidentally fall asleep
[five future war] 20:00 ~ Wonseok jang (@ CROC_WSJ) vs. Yuzuki (@ Yuzuki_Ladyboy)
Not much is known about him, except that Danny and dtrain doesn’t think he’s a boy
Wonseok asked specifically for Yuzuki and is a boss, we assume he has a strong plan.
[Four future war] 21:00 ~ Chang Joon Jeong (@ j_hyeon96) VS Satoru Masukata (@ huuuryu)
KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
[Three future war] 22:00 ~ In Jin Yang VS R (@ R_justice)
Skarm and I are eagerly awaiting our Fall Regionals teams based on whatever R uses in this match
[Second in command war] 23:00 ~ Sejun Park (@ pokemon_tcg) VS Ryosuke Kosuge (@ gebebo) (2-1)
Apparently forgetting that we commentated a match that had the opposite result less than a month ago, Evan and I both predicted Sejun to win, while skarm is going for gebebo, noting “SWAGGER IS GOD!!!!!!!”
Evan and I are hoping Sejun got whatever it was that was in his throat during the top 8 of Worlds out so he can breathe normally this match.
[General war] 24:00 ~ Chehwan Yu (@ chehwan11) VS Yamamoto Hiroshi (@ yamamotoperoshi)
If star power was all you needed to win, Evan and I would be on team USA
It’s pretty amazing that this guy is playing though, omg
Overall prediction: Korea (5) – Japan (4)
What the heck did we just predict
I’m totally noting that since I went with Gebebo > Sejun I in fact predicted Japan to win, but it was the consensus you see here!
And with that Sejun v Ryosuke is the match that your esteemed, expert commentators expect will decide the tournament.
Excited for the matches!
Oh my lord I just realized that the Yamamoto that is playing is the one from Smash! That’s amazing even if I won’t be awake for it
i would enjoy seeing a sejun vs ryosuke match with 1. zero swagger or 2. sejun trolling ryosuke and haxing HIM with swag.
Do excuse the noobish question: what is ‘KAAAAAAA’?
Ryosuke is hilarious on stream
“I cannot win without swagger!”
Ryosuke hasn’t battled yet…
…Is that Shuckle or am I looking at it wrong?
Here you can check out the teams: External
The list is unfortunately incomplete, but maybe someone can help me finish it, I’ll appreciate any help.
I feel it’s worth posting Sejun’s Lumineon simply because it’s so weird yet brilliant:
Lumineon
Storm Drain @ Wacan Berry
252HP/4Def/252SDef
Defog
Soak
Ice Beam
Protect
It’s anti-rain and I like it. He needed something to both help Shuckle out against rain teams and that could get rid of Safeguard* so Shuckle can do its job and this fits the bill.
*It also raises Shuckle’s evasion, right? Apparently this is the main reason for Defog.
Are the matches uploaded yet? Or where can the archived streams be found?

Any idea how to google translate this on iPhones?
