R Inanimate Wins Season 1 Nugget Bridge Major (Battle Videos)
Nugget Bridge’s first Major finished up just before the 2012 VGCS Winter Battle, and a winner has been crowned! Randy K. (R Inanimate), 2012 Western Canada Regional Champion, defeated Wolfe G. (Wolfey), 2012 Worlds Runner Up and 2x US National Champion, in a close best of three series. The two had met once before in the Top 16 round of the 2011 US National Championships where Wolfe was able to take victory and carry it all the way to his first US National Championship title. We’ll have a full article on Randy’s team in the coming days right here on Nugget Bridge.
Both players have secured invites to the Nugget Bridge Invitational to be held next month and will be sent Nugget Bridge apparel from our store as a prize. Additionally, Wolfe will also receive a Pokémon plush of his choice from this image for correctly picking the winner of the most matches in the tournament. Marco S. (Nickscor) will receive a $10 Amazon.com gift card for winning the Prediction Tournament. Congratulations to all our winners!
