I really don’t see why there are 4 guys from Chile, and no mexican players there :(

  15. Gonzo says:

Maybe because Mexico is in North America? :P

  16. Abaris says:

Maybe because Mexico is in North America? :P

    HA.
That’s very convenient. Mexico is actually in a vortex where people thinks it’s North America, and some people think is South America.
Technically, it’s Center America. But that doesn’t matter.
I mean, Chile, Peru, Venezuela and Colombia are not all South America. What about Argentina? Mexico? Brazil?
We have seen that at least this 3 countries have a lot of participation in Pokémon, I really think this could have been better if a we had 7 different countries instead of 4 guys from the same one.

  17. TeslaVGC says:

LOL… I tried to contact LUVIER (A good mexican player, but i couldn´t). And… also in game 3 (Me Vs. Wolfey) i just missclicked an Eruption :3

No, not LUVIER please. He will DC before we know what happened :P

  19. huentefc says:

We try contact people from other countries, but we just couldnt… And southamerican team doesnt really mead we have olayers from ALL southamerica

  20. Abaris says:

    Ok, I get it.
No hate on chilenos, but, 4 Chile Players? This should have been Chile vs USA x)

  21. Boah says:

well abaris is right the south america selection must have players of every country and not just chile xP if in the future exist another vs i’ll try to organizate it better c:

  22. Cybertron says:

For anyone interested, this is still going on, USA (now team North America with the inclusion of Canadian star Randy Kwa) is up 3-2 vs South America. Enosh is in game 3 of his set, and Randy is about to make this first appearance onto the team in set number 7. All the battle videos that have taken place so far are up there, and will be on YouTube soon!

EDIT: North America wins 5-2, ggs South America! All but one set went to 3 games and there were some pretty great games and teams featured in this one (Wolfe’s team especially), hope you guys enjoy the battle videos.

  23. TeslaVGC says:

Hey thanks for all. It was really funny :D. GG, really well-played from both sides. We just wanna to show that we also have a good level too :)

I’m pretty sure that everyone thinks Mexico is in North america, since you know, it is.

Also it’s pretty easy to tell why they’re all from Chile, more than likely its a group of friends who want to play competitive and wanted to show themselves as representatives of their entire continent, but since there’s no real reason for a lot of other South American players to start getting into vgc, the selection is obviously going to be very limited.

And as a reminder if you think you have it bad Team Europe was like 80% spanish

Abaris… .-. I told, i couldn’t found more people from another countries. South America + VGC + High level = Really difficult. i just found these guys
