Great to finally see thisup, great job oh helmet headed one!

  2. GreatTornado says:

Congrats on the wins but perish trap really won? .-.

  3. Really glad to see this went out now ^_^ Thanks Wyrms Eye.

  4. SoItBegins says:

GreatTornado: That team might not just be Perish Trap. It could be Whimsicott-Gengar Fake Tears, or Whimsicott-Terrakion Beat Up. It’s packed full of options.

  5. Kortex says:

Congrats on the wins but perish trap really won? .-.

If you’re referring to the 1st place UK team, it’s not Perish Trap. Rather, it uses strategies such as the Mega Gengar+Whimsicott Disable-Encore core as well as the Terracott Beat Up strategy from the looks of it.

It’s interesting to see Trick Room Gardevoir teams picking up traction.

Edit: Ninja’d by SoltBegins as I was writing :P

This is P3DS we’re talking about, it’s Perish Trap

  7. Mr P says:

what does hitmonchan do thats better that top

Not saying I think it’s more competitively viable, but it has slightly more attack, doesn’t set off competitive/defiant, has inner focus for Kang, and elemental punches (lol).

Thanks for the posting the teams. Interesting to see how Europe is really experimenting with the meta. I love TR Garde and I definitely smell the Japanese influence in the air.

  9. MrJellyLeggs says:

Just a slight correction, my name is Jamie Boyt.

It’s great to see what pokes did well, Hitmonchan is cool.

  10. EstiloDM says:

I’ve checked twitter in the last days during the UK regionals, and when I found out that the finals was Perish Trap Vs Kan Artist I was a bit displeased.

Just because it’s always cool to see original teams to win, just that honestly. -like MrJellyLeggs or Guido Marino- but in the end, it comes down to who wins and who doesn’t. Perish trap is still a strategy and to win a regional with a somewhat gimmick strategy is very very big. Congratulations!

Also Baz Anderson influence -and Cybetron’s maybe- is strong in UK, Breloom and Liepard everywhere! No wonder you can run into ocational Cresselia and Sylveon wearing Safety Googles.

Lol p3ds I was planning to use the same team except another mon instead of bisharp for Mass regs . Btw how do you take care of heatran cause you only have two checks to it

  12. Galaxy Santa III says:

    Hitmonchan, huh? interesting

  13. AlphaGinger1991 says:

Would definitely love to see the sets on the Serperior and Hitmonchan. Congrats to everyone though.

  14. MrJellyLeggs says:

AlphaGinger1991 – My Serperior was Dual Screens

  15. Creature says:

Could the results for the senior division be posted?

  16. LightCore says:

I would like to add here, the teams (with the exception of Simone’s) from the Rome Regional Championship were provided by LB1993. He is a great guy. Just wanted to make sure credit for this was given where it was due
