Dan Howse goes by SharingIsCaring on NB. One of my good friends. He doesn’t post much
I thought there were 175 Masters in Portland, not 275?
Colin Schonewolf is RedWolf on NB and Chris Danzo is Lunar, both at Virginia
Seniors Top 8 at Missouri:
1 – Joseph Nunziata (JoeDaPro)
2 – Darrin Cooper (ninten678)
3 – Jacob Waller (Thank Swalot)
4 – Beau Berg (Oreios)
5 – Logan Postletheweight
6 – Brendan Zheng (Babbytron)
7 – Ben Goff
8 – Ian Mclaughlin (raikoo)
Senior standings after Swiss:
Also Karl Concepcion is Masakado
I didn’t lose to a random :3Some of the top 8 seniors in VA:
1- Micheal Spinetta-McCarthy (Sir Chicken)
2- Lyndon (Crys~)
3- Joseph Costagliola (Life Orb)
4- Jake Skurchak (Pokebeys)
5- Joshua Nohls
6- Rebecca (Doesn’t have an NB but goes by skipper)
7-
8-
Went 6-3 in VA, my best result yet. It was very fun and I am happy with my results.
As a side note my boyfriend battled Karl Concepcion, his team was very good and I’m glad he was able to come away with the win.
Does anyone know if there is anyway to know what your placement was (just for kicks) if you weren’t in top cut and left right after the final round before postings? (Impatient parents )
*Seniors Top 8 at Virginia:
1. Michael Spinetta-McCarthy (Sir Chicken)
2. Zachary Boyd
3. Joseph Costagliola (Life Orb)
4. Jake Skurchak (Pokebeys)
5. Rebecca Broniak
6. Joshua Noah
7. Lyndon Rees (Crys)
8. Mark Garas
*I do not know if this is completley accurate because I never saw the final standings. I remember who lost in which section of cut, which made me believe these were their standings based on resistance. I also don’t know who has and NB who doesn’t on this list so correct me if I’m wrong.
So proud of Red Wolf (Colin Schonewolf) for making it to second in the tournament! He was so excited when he made top cut I got a surprise hair ruffling, picked up my mood after having an off battling day at regionals. So glad he made it so far!
Yeah, Biosci. Way to represent the 808 (once an island boy, always an island boy )
Portland, Oregon Regionals: before top cut:
1. Theo Young
2. Ben Balzer
3. Henry Maxon
4. Carson St. Denis
5. Jackson Ray
6. james McGough
7. Benjamin Omnes-Norton (Me)
8. Colby Gamett
So i’m pretty sure either that list is wrong, or i’m number 5 or 4 which i know i’m not because i lost in the first round of top cut.
lol I heard the TM crew missed round 5 because they were at lunch and TM Ruby still cut. What a bunch of badasses
As TM Ruby’s round 5 opponent, I can confirm this (thanks for the free win btw)
St Louis had 15 juniors and I think about 70 seniors. Top 4 juniors:
1. Jackson S.
2. Connor W.
3. Gwen E. (My daughter)
4. Calum B.
Yeah, that was embarrassing.
7-2 Hype!!
There was a pretty big Juniors turnout at the VA regional (34). Here was the top 8 (congrats to all):
1. London S
2. Aiden M
3. Ian T
4. Jordan S (my son)
5. Emma C
6. Caleb K
7. Hunter S
8. Meadway D
Rayman – Do you know if Jackson went to the VA regionals? His dad said they might try to drive there, even though I thought that was crazy! But if he did, he didn’t make top 8, it looks like.
If you can, change it to Carson S because st is not my middle name 😛 Final standings are this
1 Henry M
2 Carson (me)
3 Theo Y (I beat in t4)
4 Ben B (henry beat in t4)
5 Jackson R (I beat in top 8)
6 James M (Henry beat in top 8
7 Benjamin O (Ben beat in t8)
8 Colby G (Theo beat in t8)
Yes I know the whole bracketology I’m a nerD
I believe that this is completely accurate up to 4th place. Everyone from 5th-8th place were in top 8, but I’m not sure what their exact final standings were.
He did indeed!! It was great to see them there. Jackson got 15th, but totally rocked St. Louis.
Wow! I bet the lack of sleep got to him. But, yeah, he did great in St. Louis – 6-0.
I’m not sure either. I just put them in the order based on their seeds after swiss was over.
Otherwise known as the seniors try to validate themselves by showing they can top cut a regional thread.
can confirm that Jared Fishkin goes by ShredMan3 on the forums o/
How did you guys find out my name from my tag? Not bothered, just curious.
Man, Doswell was awesome for my first ever VGC tournament, got top 32, and got to meet a lot of cool people, well, see you in spring!
Congrats yall
Alexander Ellyson( 12th in the Lancaster event, is GMHamilton here on nuggetbridge)
