Nightblade7000 Takes Second Wifi Live Tournament of the Nugget Bridge Circuit

The second WiFi Live Tournament of the Nugget Bridge Circuit took place this Sunday. An impressive field of twenty-six challengers turned out to participate in this single elimination, best of 1 tournament using the current VGC Modified format. After a grueling, two hour tournament, Nightblade7000 reigned over the competition as this week’s Champion, earning himself 100 NBC points in the process.

Nightblade had a full schedule, missing out on the Byes in the first round and instead battling Arbol Deku in the first round. After defeating Arbol_Deku, Nightblade came up against Eiganjo in the second and was forced to wait on the winner of ryuzaki versus DarkPenguin67, last week’s champion, for his next challenger. After ryuzaki’s victory over DarkPenguin67, she fell to Nightblade7000, who advanced to the semi finals to face off against Unreality. After an intense match, Nightblade7000 triumphed over Unreality to face off against lolfailsnail in the finals. Unfortunately for lolfailsnail, the trainer lived up to his name as Nightblade7000 defeated him to take the top spot in this, the second WiFi Live Tournament of the Nugget Bridge Circuit! For his efforts, Nightblade7000 has received 100 NBC points and is now ranked second behind Darkpenguin67. lolfailsnail does not go home empty-handed, however, receiving 70 points and tying for 4th place with Mosquito and Unreality for the season.
